1. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Free Shipping on Orders Over $2000
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $2000 within the contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to expedited or special services.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We provide a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (order must be placed by 12 p.m. EST).
Special Services: Expedited services such as Next Day, Two Day, and Priority Shipping are not eligible for prepaid freight and will be billed to the customer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, holidays, and carrier delays. ABD Equipment & Parts LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. Shipping Restrictions
ABD Equipment & Parts LLC currently ships within the contiguous United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, please contact us directly at abdequipment@gmail.com to discuss available options. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Issues
If your order has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Verify the shipping address provided during checkout.
- Check with neighbors or building staff to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
If you are still unable to locate your package, contact our Customer Support team within 7 business days of the marked delivery date at abdequipment@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage for verification. After evaluating the situation, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
